Kerry E. Russell combines his professional experience in mechanical engineering
with his legal expertise to practice law as a principal with Russell &
Rodriguez L.L.P. Having graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in
mechanical engineering, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the
University of Wyoming. Kerry is licensed to practice in Texas and Colorado, as
well as all Texas federal courts. He previously worked with the United States
Attorney’s Office in Wyoming. He is currently a member of the Travis County,
Williamson County, and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Texas and the
College of the State Bar of Texas. He is also an active member of the American
Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the Air and Waste Management Association.
He practices in state and federal courts as well as state and federal regulatory
agencies. Mr. Russell is a published author and frequent speaker on
contemporary topics in environmental law. Mr. Russell also lectures UTME classes
on professional ethics and legal aspects of engineering practice.
